We seek to promote communications with the carers and families of our students. The following section identifies which staff have responsibility for addressing your questions, complaints, concerns and comments. Staff at reception will be pleased to advise the most appropriate person to contact if you are unsure.

In the first instance please contact the Subject Leader. If you are unhappy with the outcome please contact the student’s Year Director. If you are still unhappy please contact Mr Carrington, Headteacher informally and ask him to investigate.

In all cases…
In all cases if no resolution can be found we would ask that you make a formal complaint in writing to the Headteacher and to the Clerk to the Governors but please fully explore the more informal avenues first.
